We have a good selection of Kitchen Silicone available in a range of colours enabling you to match this to the scheme of your project. Our Kitchen Silicone is a multi purpose universal silicone that is available as 310ml cartridges and 600ml sausage and provides outstanding performance across a wide variety of projects. This single component, 100% solvent free elastic silicone can be used for bonding mouldings and parquet as well as mounting other woods. It is a simple to apply highly adhesive product which has several excellent properties including being anti-bacterial, non-yellowing and unpaintable.
Bathroom Sealant
As part of our specialist range we supply our bathroom sealant and shower cabin silicone which is a single component, acid curing sealant for glazing and industrial applications. This silicone sealant cures at room temperature giving a permanent and flexible silicone seal that is perfect for use with glass and window construction. The product has a low shrinkage during vulcanization and quickly becomes tack free.
Specialist Silicone Sealants
Somafix also manufacture a wide range of specialist silicone sealants for use in specific industries of for specific tasks, these specialist silicone sealants include the following products, Building & Construction Silicone with outstanding adhesion and a long shelf life this sealant is perfect for construction, perimeter sealing and glazing. Fire Retardant Silicone, an insulting silicone with a high resistance to temperature, flame and moisture making this a great product for protecting electrical components or as liquid gaskets on engines.
Natural Stone, Granite and Marble Silicone is a silicone sealant that has been specifically developed for fixing tiles, concrete, fibre cement, slate, marbles, granites, natural stones and a host of other products in the construction and building trades.
